THE GARDEN: guest have a large patio with dining table, chairs and a large lawn for personal use.

SWIMMING POOL: open from May to October, it is rectangular and has a dimension of 5 x 10 m, with a depth of 160 cm. It is fully equipped with beds, deckchairs, chairs, tables, umbrellas, sun shower and toilet.

THE INTERIOR: the ground floor has a large livingroom and a large dining room, a study, a bath with shower and a big eat in kitchen. Upstairs are four double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms.

SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, weekly linen (towels and sheets), initial cleaning, barbecue and wood oven, internet access with computer, welcome basket, maintenance of the garden and the park and swimming pool.

SERVICES ON REQUEST(payable locally to the owner): heating (5 Euros per cubic meter of gas consumed).
